Once we receive the payment confirmation, you will receive a final confirmation email with additional event details and any necessary instructions.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT

  • All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the secretariat via email.
  • If you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate until Until 31th December 2024 is allowed. After 01st January 2025, name change is subject to a fee of USD 50.00
  • Cancellation before 01st January 2025 will incur a fee of USD 50.00. After 01st January 2025, there will be no refund.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Request for a Letter of Invitation to facilitate visa application should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat together with the registration ID, on condition that the delegate has completed registration fees payment.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS

In the event that the congress is cancelled due to strikes, flood, fire or any other circumstances beyond the control of the BIT Conference 2025 organising committee, the organising committee cannot be held liable. Registration fee or hotel payment/deposit made shall not be refundable.
